This year was unique in the history of the Federation’s activity, because for the first time we received support from the RA Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sports. Due to this our team traveled to Bezengi camp and successfully completed the training at the Central School of Mountaineering of the Russian Federation. The persistent “struggle” of many years finally gave a positive result. Returning with new knowledge and experience, our team will contribute to the competent development of mountaineering in Armenia. This continuous cooperation inspires hope that in the near future we will have mountaineering instructors in RA.
