Alpclub “White Irbis” officially started its activity in 2013. However, long before that, future members of the club, headed by their mentor and founder and vice-president of the Mountaineering Federation of Armenia Antւան Ananyan, made ascents both on the territory of the CIS countries and far beyond its borders. Alpclub participants every weekend train together on rock climbing routes and climbing walls, conduct joint trainings to improve their skills and periodically represent Armenia at training camps in different training camps. The club is glad to welcome new people in its ranks, and anyone can familiarize with training sessions with participants of “White Irbis” for educational purposes.
